By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed once we receive a deposit or full payment (if required).
- After confirmation, you will receive booking details via email or WhatsApp.
- It is the client’s responsibility to review the booking information carefully.
2. Payments
- Payment methods may include bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods.
- Remaining balances (if any) must be paid before or at the start of the tour.
- Prices are quoted in agreed currency and may vary depending on season and availability.
3. Changes to Itinerary
- We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Any changes will always prioritize client safety and service quality.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate information when booking.
- Clients are responsible for personal belongings during the tour.
- Respect for local culture, laws, and guides is required.
5. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend that all clients have valid travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, and personal belongings.
6. Liability
- We are not responsible for delays, injuries, losses, or damages caused by events beyond our control (weather, government restrictions, accidents, etc.).
- Participation in desert and adventure activities is at the client’s own risk.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a tour with EXCURSION DESERT DESERT MOROCCO, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
At EXCURSION DESERT DESERT MOROCCO, we aim to offer flexible and fair cancellation terms.
1. Cancellation by the Client
- Cancellations made 40 days or more before the tour date: Full refund of deposit.
- Cancellations made 30 days before the tour date: 50% refund of deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 10 before the tour: Deposit is non-refundable.
- No-show on the tour date: No refund.
Refund processing time may take 4–7 business days depending on the payment method.
2. Cancellation by the Company
We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Force majeure (events beyond our control)
In such cases, clients will receive:
- A full refund,
- The option to reschedule the tour
3. Changes by the Client
- Date changes requested at least 5 days before the tour may be accepted free of charge (subject to availability).
- Last-minute changes may involve additional fees.
4. Early Return / Voluntary Withdrawal
If a client decides to leave the tour early for personal reasons, no refund will be provided for unused services.
