1. How do I make a booking?

You can book a tour by filling out the contact/booking form on our website or by contacting us directly via email or WhatsApp. Once we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation with all details.

2. Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is usually required to secure your booking. The amount and payment method will be specified in your quotation. The remaining balance can be paid before or at the start of your tour.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer, cash in person, and other agreed methods. We will confirm details when you book.

4. Can you pick me up from Marrakech or other cities?

Yes, we provide pick-up services from Marrakech, Ouarzazate, and other locations depending on the tour you choose. Pick-up points and schedule will be confirmed after booking.

5. What is included in the tour price?

Most tours include:

  • Transportation in comfortable 4×4/van
  • Accommodation (if applicable)
  • Guide service
  • Meals as specified in the itinerary
  • Camel ride (for desert tours)

Excluded services (unless specified): flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips, and extras.

6. What should I bring on my trip?

We recommend bringing:

  • Comfortable clothing and layers
  • Hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen
  • Camera
  • Refillable water bottle
  • Personal medication
  • Cash for extras and tips

7. Do you use cookies or track personal data?

No. We do not use cookies, and we do not collect personal information through the website. Any information you share by contacting us is used only to provide services.

8. What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?

Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before tour: full refund
  • Cancellations 3–6 days before: 50% refund
  • Cancellations <72 hours before: no refund

9. Is travel insurance necessary?

Although not required, we strongly recommend travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.

10. Are your tours safe for all ages?

Yes, but safety is important. Children should be accompanied by adults. Please let us know any age-related concerns when booking so we can plan appropriately.

11. What languages do your guides speak?

Our guides typically speak English, French, and Arabic. Let us know if you have specific language preferences.

12. Can I customize a tour itinerary?

Absolutely! We offer fully customizable tours. Just tell us your interests, travel dates, and budget, and we’ll build a tailored itinerary for you.

13. How long does it take to receive a quote?

We typically reply with a customized itinerary and price within 24 hours after receiving your request.

14. What currency are prices in?

Tour prices are usually quoted in Euros (EUR) or US Dollars (USD), but we can provide quotes in your preferred currency on request.

15. Do your tours operate all year?

Yes! Our tours run year-round. However, weather conditions (especially winter in the mountains/desert) may affect some itineraries.
